If everyone didn’t vote at all at the next election, does anyone know if a Government can still be formed? Is there a figure on what percentage of the electorate is considered the minimum? What party would claim to have got a ‘majority’ if only 10% of the people voted?
I am going to use my new found knowledge to try out many of the new ‘discoveries’ about UCC, Common Law and the ‘Law of the Land’ (as opposed to Admiralty Law), I will keep you posted.
